A community-led environmental restoration initiative dedicated to reviving Sadahalli Lake and restoring the ecological balance of the region for a sustainable tomorrow.
Our mission is to restore Sadahalli Lake as a living ecosystem and community lifeline , ensuring water security, biodiversity, and social harmony for generations to come.
Water is the foundation of life and community well-being.
Through a systematic, nature-centric approach, we aim to:
Recharge the groundwater table of North Bangalore and reduce overreliance on rivers.
Support rural communities and farmers in cultivating resilient crops like ragi, improving livelihoods and local prosperity.
Create green spaces with Miyawaki forests, bird islands, and thriving habitats that nurture biodiversity.
Safeguard the lake from encroachments and preserve it as a shared resource for nearby villages and urban layouts.
Empower children and families by alleviating water scarcity, enabling education, and fostering social harmony.
By working hand-in-hand with local residents, government bodies, CSR partners, and global supporters, we are committed to rejuvenating Sada Lake in three carefully planned phases — blending expert guidance, community participation, and sustainable practices.
Across nine villages and beyond.
Mission Sadahalli Lake was launched with the vision of reviving the historic Sadahalli Lake and benefiting nearly nine neighbouring villages through improved water conservation, ecological balance, support for biodiversity, animal life, and migratory birds, while strengthening the overall environmental health of the region.
